Our Residence on Lake Garda offers 3 types of apartments: studio apartments for 2 to 3 people, two-room apartments for 2 to 4 people, three-room apartments for 5 to 6 people. The apartments are furnished with care, equipped with large terraces from which you can enjoy a relaxing view of our garden.
Comfort and Nature in the Gulf of Manerba
Residence Oasi on Garda Lake, is located in the Gulf of Pieve di Manerba. Surrounded by 9,000 square meters of greenery, between palms and olive trees, there are our 31 apartments Each apartment has heating and air conditioning and free covered parking.
The Residence, 100 meters far from Garda Lake, has a reception office daily open where you can find a corner bookcase with books in all languages.
The wireless/wifi connection is free and it is available in several areas of the garden. We have buoys for mooring your boat and a fenced area for the trailer parking.
Dogs are always welcome here (We are also 400 meters from a beach equipped for dogs). you can rent linen and towels: the guests use their own linen and use the laundry room with coin-operated industrial washing machine (4€ per wash).

You can choose to explore the shores of Lake Garda or immerse yourself in the cycling routes that cross the picturesque landscapes of the area, among vineyards, olive groves and historic villages. Relax, Art and Golf.
Activities a stone's throw from the lake
The entire area of the Residence is fenced and safe for your children, even the infinity pool, designed with a shallow end for children, is completely fenced and safe. In the apartments you will find deckchairs to use in every part of the garden.
Also belonging to the Residence is the 18-hole mini golf course in synthetic grass which guests can access.
The mini golf area with attached bar restaurant is open every day from 11 to 24.
The equipped beach is only 100 meters from the Residence with a view of Lake Garda and in front of the structure there is a small but well-stocked supermarket.
